【Properties & Applications】

1. O-3 and O-5 are readily soluble in oils and organic solvents. They can be used as W/O emulsifiers, chemical fiber softeners, and silk finishing agents.

2. O-8, O-9, O-10, O-15, O-20, and O-30 are readily soluble in water and organic solvents, and are stable to acids, alkalis, and hard water. They exhibit excellent wetting, emulsifying, and detergency properties.

3. O-8 and O-9 can be used as leveling agents and retarding agents in the textile dyeing and printing industry, emulsifiers in the fiberglass industry, components of chemical fiber spinning oil formulations, emulsifiers in cosmetics and ointment production, and for formulating household and industrial cleaning agents. O-10 serves as a component of various chemical fiber spinning oil formulations in the chemical fiber industry, offering excellent spinnability; in general industrial applications, it acts as an emulsifier with excellent emulsifying performance for animal, vegetable, and mineral oils, producing highly stable emulsions. It can also be used in formulating household detergents, industrial cleaning agents, and metal cleaners; as a wetting agent in the textile industry; and as a component of emulsifiers in the agrochemical industry. O-15 exhibits excellent scouring performance; it is used as a leveling agent and retarding agent in the dyeing and printing industry, enhancing color fastness and producing bright, attractive shades; in metal processing, it serves as a cleaning agent that readily removes surface oils and facilitates subsequent processing steps; in general industrial applications, it acts as an emulsifier capable of producing extremely stable emulsions. O-20 possesses dispersing, leveling, wetting, and foaming properties, with excellent affinity for direct and vat dyes; in the textile industry, it is used as a leveling agent, dispersing agent, stripping agent, retarding agent, semi-resist agent for printing, anti-bleeding agent, and brightening agent for various dyes. This product exhibits unique emulsifying properties for stearic acid, paraffin wax, mineral oils, etc., and can be used as an emulsifier in the latex industry, polymer emulsion polymerization reactions, and fiberglass lubricating oils. It effectively removes dirt accumulated on fabrics due to dye decomposition and reduces static electricity on fabrics; it is used as a component of spinning oil formulations for synthetic fibers such as polyester; in chemical production, it serves as a raw material for products such as pigment paste A, adhesive FD, and rubber BA; and it is used as a raw wool scouring agent and a penetrating agent for orchard pesticide applications.

4. O-30 can be used in combination with various surfactants, offering excellent dispersing and emulsifying properties. It serves as a leveling agent and retarding agent in the dyeing and printing industry, an emulsifier for fiberglass, and an industrial cleaning agent.
