Our company adopts and improves upon the internationally advanced "PRESS" ethoxylation/propoxylation atomization synthesis reaction system, achieving an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons. Our product quality has been certified by multiple authoritative institutions, reaching the standard of comparable international products.
We have 25 mid-level and senior technical professionals and possess independent, comprehensive R&D capabilities. Our primary focus is on the development and production of coating additives, textile and dyeing auxiliaries, plastic additives, chemical fiber finishes, and surfactants. We maintain close cooperation with several renowned universities and research institutions, including Shanghai University, East China University of Science and Technology, and Dalian University of Technology. Many of our products, such as ethylene glycol phenyl ether and its acetate, propylene glycol phenyl ether and its acetate, low-foaming wetting and dispersing agents, silane coupling agents, solubilizers, and emulsifiers, are original domestic innovations with excellent quality, rivaling well-known international counterparts. They are widely adopted by numerous domestic enterprises and have been successively exported to Europe, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and other regions.
In 2009, the Heyuan quartz sand base of Banggao Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully commenced trial production! The Heyuan quartz sand base is nestled between mountains and rivers, offering a serene environment. It is conveniently located with access to National Highway 205 to the north, the scenic Dongjiang River to the south, the Beijing-Kowloon Railway to the west, and the entrance to the He-Mei Expressway to the east. As one of the earliest-discovered quartz sand reserves, it boasts abundant mineral resources of exceptionally high grade, with physical and chemical properties superior to similar products. Our silica micropowder features high refractoriness, excellent permeability, smooth castings with easy demolding, and high product yield rates. It is widely used in industries such as glass, glass products, ceramics and refractory materials, construction, filtration, metallurgy, and chemicals. In the past two years, we have achieved a breakthrough in silica micropowder modification technology by independently developing modifying agents. In application, the D-series products enhance powder filling volume and reduce resin consumption, while the S-series products are designed for scenarios requiring storage stability, offering anti-settling properties and excellent thixotropy, while also saving resin. These products have received consistent praise from customers.
