Composition:  Blend of weakly cationic surfactants

Properties:  White or light yellow viscous emulsion that imparts a high degree of smoothness and softness to denim fabrics. Low yellowing tendency; treated fabrics resist discoloration and yellowing.

Applications:  
Suitable for natural and synthetic fibers, with particularly excellent softening results in washing processes for denim, pure cotton, and polyester-cotton fabrics.

Application Method:

        Typically pad or immerse at 20-70°C for 5-10 minutes, then dry at 80-100°C. 

Dosage:

        For padding or immersion, a recommended concentration of 20-60 g/L is suggested. For washing processes, it is recommended to use 2-6 kg of this softener per 100 kg of fabric. The optimal dosage should be adjusted based on the desired hand feel.

        Available in 50 kg plastic drums. Shelf life: 6 months.
