JS-3018 is a highly active silicone surfactant that is readily soluble in water. It rapidly and effectively reduces the surface tension of water-based or solvent-free systems, enhancing film spreading capability, improving leveling, flow and substrate wetting, preventing cratering, eliminating brush marks, withstanding high temperatures, and improving anti-blocking properties. It is widely used in non-polar to highly polar coating systems and also provides defoaming effects. During application, it can withstand high temperatures without affecting interlayer adhesion.

JS-3028 is a silicone surfactant with excellent activity and water solubility. It effectively reduces the surface tension of water-based or solvent-free systems, offering strong spreading capability, good flow and leveling, efficient substrate wetting, elimination of brush marks, prevention of cratering, and improved film slip and anti-blocking properties.

 

Applications:

JS-3018 is suitable for various water-based coatings and solvent-free coatings, particularly in wood coating systems, latex paint systems, and automotive coating systems.

JS-3028 is suitable for all water-based coatings, water-based inks, leather coatings, and solvent-free coatings.

 

Dosage and Application:

JS-3018: Recommended dosage is 0.3% - 3.0% of the total coating formulation. It can be added at any stage of the production process, or diluted with a suitable solvent such as cyclohexanone or xylene before use.

JS-3028: Recommended dosage is 0.3% - 3.0% of the total coating formulation. It can be added at any stage of the production process.

 

Packaging and Storage:

        1: 50 kg plastic-coated drum or 200 kg plastic-lined drum.

        2: Store in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry place.
