JS-B306 is a high-efficiency silicone additive designed for substrates requiring high wetting. It effectively improves tolerance to dust and overspray particles, and is particularly suitable for leveling thick films on vertical surfaces. Additionally, it reduces the sensitivity of wood substrates and furniture coatings to air currents and enhances the orientation of matting agents.
JS-B310 is a heat-resistant silicone additive that, unlike conventional silicone additives, does not undergo thermal decomposition between 150℃ and 230℃. During recoating of baking systems, it does not cause loss of adhesion or surface defects. When applied in coil coatings, it effectively promotes silicone migration to the backside of the coil.

Applications:
JS-B306 is suitable for all solvent-based coatings, particularly amino baking enamels (alkyd, acrylic, polyester), epoxy floor coatings, and UV-curable coatings.
JS-B310 is suitable for coil coatings, appliance and metal coatings, can coatings, and industrial baking enamels.

 

Usage and Dosage:
JS-B306: Add 0.1-1% based on total formulation weight, at any stage of the production process.
JS-B310: Add 0.1-1% based on total formulation weight, at any stage of the production process.
