JS-T6066 can be used at a relatively low dosage to impart a beautiful three-dimensional hammer tone effect to coatings. The resulting film exhibits striking patterns with strong depth perception.

JS-T6068 is a special surface texture modifier that produces uniform, fine, and aesthetically pleasing patterns on aluminum paints with pronounced three-dimensional effects. Due to its stable molecular structure, the pattern remains largely unchanged during storage.

Applications:

JS-T6066 is suitable for all types of hammer tone paints.

JS-T6068 is suitable for all types of solvent-based hammer tone coatings.

Dosage and Usage:

JS-T6066: Add 0.2% - 2.0% of the total formulation weight during the paint mixing stage.

JS-T6068: Add 0.3% - 3.0% of the total formulation weight during the paint mixing stage.

 

Note: This product is for spray application only and cannot be brush-applied. The pattern size and texture are closely related to the dosage.
